Product description
Boiler C3 is a complete water-treatment product specially formulated to prevent both corrosion of metal surfaces and scale formation in industrial water-cooling systems. It is a special blend of polyphosphonate, polyacrylate and organic inhibitors, designed to achieve minimum corrosion and fouling on the metal surfaces of circulation systems.
Its concentration-dependent inhibiting power lasts for a long time; it is stable against temperature, pH and system contaminants and is compatible with the other components of the formulation. It is also stable against chlorine, undergoes practically no chemical degradation, and retains its anti-corrosive effectiveness in the presence of oxidising agents. It contains no polluting chemicals and its organic active compounds are biodegradable.
Application: dosed at 5-10 ppm depending on the chemical properties of the water and the system data (flow, volume, temperature); it can be metered with a dosing pump either diluted in water or in concentrated form. The feed unit should be made of stainless steel or plastic.
