Dinovek SP
Ready-to-use, fast-acting and long-lasting residual housefly bait combining dinotefuran with a Z-9 tricosene attractant.
Product description
Dinovek SP is a ready-to-use housefly bait that can be applied directly, acting quickly and offering long-lasting persistence. Its active ingredient, dinotefuran, is a furanicotinyl insecticide representing the third generation of the neonicotinoid group.
Dinotefuran acts as both a contact and a stomach poison; shortly after contact, houseflies stop feeding and die. The formulation also contains Z-9 tricosene (muscalure), which attracts houseflies. Despite the resistance reported for other neonicotinoid active ingredients, no known resistance development exists for dinotefuran.
Application: In empty enclosed areas by spraying, 56 g of product is made up to 480 ml of water and the mixture is applied over about 23 m² (approximately 20.87 ml per square metre) at a dose of 0.012 g a.i./m². The treatment can be repeated every 90 days.
