Product description
Alfavek 12 SC is a broad-spectrum insecticide from the synthetic pyrethroid group, based on the active ingredient alphacypermethrin and acting quickly by contact and ingestion. The tetramethrin it contains provides an immediate knock-down effect on the treated surface, while alphacypermethrin delivers a long-lasting residual effect.
Because alphacypermethrin contains the more active isomers of cypermethrin, its insecticidal activity is higher. The formulation leaves no odour or stain on treated surfaces, and its effectiveness against disease vectors that threaten public health is recognised by the World Health Organization (WHO).
It can be applied with any type of spraying equipment in enclosed areas such as apartment blocks, dormitories, hospitals, schools, restaurants, bakeries, hotels and slaughterhouses, as well as in open areas such as landfills, sewers, septic tanks, parks and gardens.
Application: dilute 25 ml of product in 7.5 L of water for mosquitoes, 25 ml in 10 L for houseflies, 25 ml in 5 L for cockroaches, and 10 ml in 5 L for fleas and ticks. Residual effect lasts approximately 90 days.
