Product description
Pro Food Clean is a concentrated solution that cleans, disinfects and deodorizes all surfaces that come into contact with foodstuffs. It is effective in all types of water, requires no shaking and leaves no residue.
At a use concentration of 1/50 to 1/100, under clean conditions (0.3 g/L bovine albumin), at 20 °C and within 5 minutes, it is effective against Salmonella Typhimurium, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus strains as well as HBV, HIV, HCV and Rota viruses.
It controls both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella Typhosa. Its penetrating and emulsifying action keeps loosened dirt in suspension and leaves no soap residue.
Application: dilute 1/50 to 1/100 with water.
