Product description
Burnn is a burnt and carbonized oil remover produced especially for the food industry. It is used for cleaning ovens, baking trays, burnt oils, tar, soot residues, chimneys and extractor hoods. It is a water-based, non-flammable product that quickly dissolves residues even while the oven is hot when necessary.
It is highly concentrated and its effectiveness increases when diluted with hot water. As it leaves no oil residue in ovens and boilers, it reduces the risk of fire; it leaves no bad odour or residue and eliminates the sources of odour. It can be diluted in soft or hard water.
Application: dilute with water at a ratio of 1/5 to 1/20; apply by spraying and working with a brush, or by immersion, then rinse. Better results are obtained in hot environments or when diluting with hot water.
