A Steam Boiler Scale Inhibitor whic combined from concentrated, polyphosphonate-based new generation chemical
with organic inertator and defoamer used in steam boilers.
Must be continuously dosed to the deaerator or feed tank outlet.
The initial dosage is applied as 100 gr / ton of water.
The following dosage is 3-5 ppm . phosphate amount is provided continuesly.
Its chemical structure is absolutely intact until the steam boiler process.
Only in the presence of hardness salts in the system does the reaction occur.
With the polymer and dispersants in its structure, it keeps new formations suspended and allows them to be easily
removed from the system with bottom and surface bluffs.
In highly alkaline and heavily polluted systems, it provides a clean extraction of steam from the system thanks to its
the antifoam.
